One of our most popular down valley hikes, Mt. Thomas is a beautiful hike along a long alpine ridge to a summit just shy of 12,000 ft. This hike is in the Sylvan lake area, and provides views of Red Table Mountain, the Sawatch Mountains, as well as the Elk range near aspen--including the Maroon Bells.

  • Length: 10.5 miles

  • Peak Elevation: 11,977 ft

Registration closes at 4:00 pm the day before the hike.
